Caribou Coffee: Nice Stuff!
I like Starbucks more than Caribou Coffee because of their great drinks, snacks, service, jazz music and everything. But I’m used to Caribou Coffee in Al-Raya Centre which I started coming to since I was a teenager. So I paid them a visit today like I do every Friday and I found that they have new stuff in their stock for customers. They got Burts hand fried potato chips which is completely natural and doesn’t have anything artificial and almond mocha milkshake, both of which I ordered and found to be delicious. But the service changed to the worst levels, they have new employees and they’re really rude, add to that the noise and having no music at all. When I asked their boss about that he told me that the new employees are still in training and that they train them on Fridays because there are not as many customers as there are in weekdays, so they can train properly. But I don’t think that’s an excuse for sloppiness and rudeness. Aside from that, I’m enjoying my reborn Caribou Coffee experience.
